Who we are

Located in Rocafort (Valencia), Cambridge House is a private, secular, international school which follows the English National Curriculum for children between the ages of three and 18. We offer our students a multilingual educational programme that provides total immersion in English from day one, with the firm intention of preparing them to face the challenges of the world in which we live.

Educational Stages

Covers Nursery and Reception (ages 3 and 4). This stage lays the foundations for the passion for learning and discovery that will accompany them for the rest of their school life.

Comprises Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 (ages 5 to 11). During these years, students acquire a solid foundation in literacy and numeracy, while continuing their emotional and social development.

During these years, students first enter Key Stage 3 (ages 11 to 14), where they begin more detailed learning in the core subjects. In Key Stage 4 (ages 14 to 16) students work on core subjects, choose specialisation subjects and finally take an external examination in all British subjects, known as the IGCSE (International General Certificate of Secondary Education) and equivalent to the ESO diploma.

During the final two years at the school (ages 16 to 18), students tackle the subjects they wish to study in more depth at A-Level.

High-quality, career-focused qualifications based on the real world of work, for ages 16 and over, leading directly to a professional or university environment.

Two-year course for 16-17 year olds, equivalent to vocational training in the Spanish education system.
